Our veterinary clinic has been using this product for over a year on luxury vinyl plank floors. We use a microfiber mop that has a spray bottle attached and use it at a 3 oz/gal dilution. Now there is a black residue that has built up. It’s worse on the edges and corners, I think where the mop rises and leaves more liquid. When we wipe the isolated areas with a paper towel soaked in water, the towel is disgustingly dark. We can also see that the dark stripes have filled the texture of the floor. Looking for suggestions on how to clean up debris and how to avoid it in the future. Water/vinegar elbow grease is too slow to be practical. Also tried RTU “Rejuvenate” spray with paper towel, too slow.
